FDA “Unwilling” To Compare Safety Of Electronic Cigarette To Tobacco Cigarette

That pathetic piece of trash (Banzhaf) has made a feeble attempt to coverup another lie he told and was reported on, this time with a press release he put out in the public spewing his NAZI garbage against the E Cigarette Industry, But again, he has proven that he has to be a puppet for special interest because he is one sorry lawyer and has to teach because he is not competent enough to run a law practise.

We recently reported that he had put an image that asked the following question and gave the answer on a press release here and the current google cache here: “Q: Which of these are legal for a minor to purchase?”, then the images of e cigarettes products are below that headline, then below the image it states: “A: All of them”. He then makes a pathetic attempt to claim that the products are illegal because the FDA believes they are. He actually states that the FDA has ruled them illegal.

We went back to the press release today and the image has just disappeared. I wonder how that happened. The image we have in this post is a screen shot of the google cache where the image was removed with the URL that it sat on. We did take a screen shot of the image and press release when we ran across the press release because we figured once we exposed him, his lies and deceptions that he would have the image removed, and will likely do a national press release on it early next week showing the masses what this man and his organization stands for.

Smokers Want Real Answers Over E Cigarettes

 There are many tobacco cigarette smokers out there who have considered trying an electric cigarette. Most of these smokers assume that there are some side effects to this smoking device, but they also want to know exactly what those risks and side affects are as opposed to smoking tobacco. Are they better, worse, or about the same? Many smokers who still smoke tobacco, as well as many who already use an electric cigarette, have been hearing some scary things about electric cigarettes and they want to know the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.

Everyone knows that there are some risks involved in smoking or inhaling anything besides pure, clean air, but we get very little of that any where we go these days. What smokers want to know are how bad are the risks and they want the FDA to tell them. So far they have heard very few actual comparisons with smoking tobacco. Smokers already know that tobacco kills close to half a million people a year and yet they are still addicted to tobacco, nicotine, and the chemicals that are used in tobacco because they can purchase it anytime they want. They know that tobacco is loaded with thousands of chemicals that are harmful to them, but so far they have only heard of a couple of issues concerning the electric cigarette.

For anyone that smokes either product, they realize that they are risking something. Just like the people who eat the greasy, fat and calorie loaded cheeseburgers for lunch everyday. Just like the people who gulp down three or four soft drinks everyday. They are not stupid and they know they should not inhale anything just like those that take rapid weight loss diet pills that are plagued with side effects, but are still legal. Smokers just want to know how the electric cigarette actually stacks up health wise against the smoking tobacco and since the FDA holds the key to electric cigarette approval and the regulation of tobacco to some extent, why is there not a better comparison of the two products already out?

If tobacco is allowed to be sold and it is very deadly, then why are electric cigarettes getting so much flack when it might be proved that they are much less harmful? Smokers just want to know the truth, the facts, and in plain terms so they can understand and choose for themselves. After all, if they can legally choose deadly tobacco already, why should they be denied another nicotine product even if it were as deadly as tobacco? But it still remains to be seen if the electric cigarette is that bad for you and smokers are waiting for the proof that they are or not.
